How do I register to buy on auction?
You need to come with your ID and proof of residence (not older than 3 months) & complete a registration form. After you registered you will pay the registration fee after which you will received a bidding card with a bidding number on it as well as a catalogue

Why do we need to pay a registration deposit?
Registration deposit is necessary to protect our sellers and our company in a case of non-compliance.
Is the registration deposit refundable?
Yes, if you don’t buy anything, the deposit will be refunded. If you bought something the deposit will be deducted from your invoice.
Is the deposit refundable if the offer on a property auction is not accepted by the Seller?
Yes, but should the PURCHASER fail to comply with any of the terms or conditions, the deposit will not be refundable.
What does STC mean?
STC means Sale Subject to Confirmation, meaning that the seller needs to confirm the sale.
How can I pay for the items I won on auction?
Payment can be done by way of EFT, Bank Guaranteed Cheques or Credit- Debit Cards.
Are there any guarantees on items that are sold on auction?
No, all items and properties are sold voetstoots.
